At Linnea Hart Fine, each piece is meticulously handmade to order, which makes your jewelry truly unique. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of defects.

Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to info@linneahartfine.com with your order number and photos of the defect. Once approved, we will issue a repair authorization and guide you through the next steps to ensure your piece is repaired.

Shipping Responsibility

Please note that Linnea Hart Fine is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for any items returned for repair to ensure they are protected in transit.
